Your information
What we collect through this site, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you ask to be notified, we keep your name, email address, province or territory, and your consent to receive email. When you write to us, we keep your name, email address and message. When you apply, we keep your application and the files you upload with it.
Why
To email you when applications open and to send programme news you agreed to receive, to answer your message, and to assess your application. We don't sell or rent your information.
Who sees it
Brain & Boot programme staff. This website and our contact list are hosted by NationBuilder. Messages sent through the contact form and applications, including uploaded files, are collected and stored by Tally, a form service based in the European Union. Both store this information on our behalf.
Intern accounts
Current interns sign in with an email address and password to see the intern portal. The portal directory shows the names of the current cohort to other signed-in interns.
Unsubscribing and removal
Every email we send has a link to unsubscribe. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to us or email the programme office.
